  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 125g diced shiitake mushroom
  • 125g diced carrot
  • Himalaya pink salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Optional : You can add the dishes that you want to match with cauliflower rice. We suggest wild caught salmon, fried egg with shrimp, pumpkin curry chicken can very delicious.
